The electronic industry involved in VOCs production is mainly photovoltaic manufacturing and electronic component manufacturing.

Take the manufacturing of electronic components as an example. Electronic components include capacitors, resistors, potentiometers, inductors, electronic transformers, control components, electronic sensitive components, sensors and printed circuit boards.

Technical route

In electronic industry, VOCs management should be based on the actual situation of production to implement reasonable classification, collection and quality treatment of process waste gas. In principle, it is forbidden to mix high concentration waste gas directly with high air volume and low concentration waste gas, so as to achieve "all should be received", "suitable and efficient", and reduce pollutant emissions.

According to different application scenarios, there are usually three types of technologies, such as adsorption, combustion and spray absorption, among which:

1. High concentration VOCs exhaust gas: prefer condensation, adsorption and recovery technologies, supplemented by combustion technology to achieve standard emissions and VOCs emission reduction.

2, Medium and low concentration VOCs waste gas: the use of "adsorption concentration - regeneration recovery" or "adsorption concentration - combustion" and other combination technology treatment.

3, Containing insoluble VOCs waste gas: do not only use water or aqueous solution spray absorption method.

4, Solvent coating process exhaust gas: spray absorption process for pretreatment, remove paint mist.

5, Water paint process exhaust gas: spray absorption process for treatment.
