On June 28th, 2020, the 26th Anniversary Celebration of Megaunity was held in Dalian Headquarters with the theme of “Join hands and forging ahead”. This year is the first year of Megaunity’ s second 25th anniversary. Looking back on the sweat and achievements and facing the sudden global epidemic in 2020, we are defying hardships and calmly coping, and continue to forge ahead under pressure and challenges.
Chapter I: Forge ahead regardless of hardship.
Yao Weiqiang, general manager of Megaunity, said in his work summary and planning speech that 2020 is the most severe year in recent years, but with the joint efforts of all employees, the Company has achieved new breakthroughs in marketing, technology research and development, enterprise management, etc., and the sales performance in the first half of this year has also improved significantly compared with the same period of last year. The Company has achieved many breakthroughs in oil mist and smoke control, VOCs control and electromechanical ventilation business, and won many projects in pharmaceutical industry and other new industries such as HEC, Chemphy Chemical and Aksu. At the same time, it has entered the list of high-end customers and suppliers in the automotive industry, and has undertaken large projects such as Dü rr in Germany, the Machinery industry Ninth Design Institute Co. Ltd., Tesla and Renault, which are major customers of Automotive Engineering Corporation. Meanwhile, we have set up an operation and maintenance service network in Jiaxing in East China to realize localized support services in this region. In terms of technology research and development, the new products of ventilation, air conditioning and air disinfection developed by Megaunity this year have been tested by third-party professional organizations and listed in the list of national key enterprises for epidemic prevention and control, and the Company has successfully obtained the hygiene disinfection products production license issued by Health Commission of Dalian. The breakthrough of this technology has laid a foundation for enterprises to transform from environmental protection products to health and safety products. At the same time, the Company assisted a Japanese company to complete the trial production of the first set of advanced rotary RTO, and all kinds of performance tests met the standards and could enter the batch production stage.
In safety, planning, engineering, finance, human resources and other aspects of work management, Megaunity adopted the daily operation management mode by optimizing the process, standardizing standards and other lean management methods, which greatly realized cost reduction and efficiency increase. General Manager Yao said that 2020 will be a big test for people all over the world, and Megaunity staffs have shown Megaunity’ s elegant demeanor in the first half of the year. Then, in the second half of the year, we should go all out to work hard to achieve the Company’s performance by deepening marketing, technological innovation, cost control, performance management and personnel training, and contribute to our efforts to “create a fresh world and build a beautiful China”.

Ming Zongbao, director of key accounts in General Manager Office (22 years of employment), Xu Lingling, director of Planning and Materials Department (16 years), Yang Kun, manager of Northern Region (10 years), Xing Zhanhua, monitor of Pipe Fittings in Manufacturing Department (8 years), Fang Liwen, project manager of Engineering Department (4 years), Li Jian, director of Technology Department (3 years) and Cui Shuolin, director of Marketing Department (1 and a half years), talked about their feelings at Megaunity.
