The Project of Megaunity Has Passed Appraisal Of Scientific And Technological Achievements

Scientific and technological achievements appraisal conference of Dalian Megaunity Environmental Solutions Co., Ltd. of “15000³/h die casting flue gas cleaning system”, sponsored by China Mechanical Engineering Society and undertaken by Foundry Institution of China Mechanical Engineering Society, was held in Dalian Yaming Auto. Parts Co., Ltd. successfully on 6th July, 2020. The conference was presided over by Su Shifang, Secretary General of Foundry Institution of China Mechanical Engineering Society, and adopted the appraisal form of combination of online and offline. The expert committee, composed of Professor Zhu Yimin of Dalian Maritime University, Dong Xianming of FAW Foundry Co., Ltd., Wu Shusen of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and Yin Dawei of Dalian Mechanical Engineering Society, were invited.

The project, “15000³/h die casting flue gas cleaning system” of Megaunity Environmental, has developed high-efficiency capture mechanism suitable for die casting machine and high-efficiency electrostatic purifier with self-cleaning function. The project has authorized 4 patents for utility models. Among them, high-efficiency electrostatic purifier was awarded the second prize of progress prize in scientific of China Association of Environmental Protection Industry in 2019, with independent intellectual property rights and strong innovation. Results of this project have been applied to automobile parts, bearings, metal products and other industrial fields, and achieved remarkable economic and social benefits. 

 

Experts of appraisal committee were on the spot inspecting and appraising.

 

Experts listened to project report of Li Jian, Technical Director of Megaunity Environmental, and reviewed relevant appraisal information in appraisal conference. Appraisal committee agreed that achievements of the project, “15000³/h die casting flue gas cleaning system” of Megaunity Environmental, has reached domestic leading level in the mass, and electrostatic core technology has reached international advanced level after inquiry, on-site investigation and discussion of experts. The project, “intelligent manufacturing system for automobile key die castings parts and molds” reported by Xiao Qingyang, Deputy General Manager of Dalian Yaming Auto. Parts Co., Ltd., and “high performance die casting simulation cloud platform based on industrial Internet” reported by Zhang Wei, Project Director of Beijing Supreium Technology, participated in appraisal conference at the same time as the project. Achievements and Technologies of which have reached international advanced level.

Finally, Su Shifang, Secretary General of Foundry Branch of China Mechanical Engineering Society, made a summary speech on this achievement appraisal. He congratulated the successful conclusion of appraisal conference, affirmed the achievements of the project fully, and put forward valuable guiding suggestions for the sustainable innovation and development of the company in the future.

 

Megaunity Environmental will join hands with more die casting enterprises, adhere to the innovative concept of green, energy-saving and sustainable, and strive to promote new development of air pollution control in die casting industrial workshops.
