2020 Dealer Conference of Megaunity Environmental Was Held Successfully
Channel investment promotion conference and 2020 dealer conference of Megaunity Environmental with the theme of “Harness Wind and Pursue Win-win” were held in Dalian successfully on 4th December. Dealers and industry experts from all over the country gathered together to pursue the road of future development and shared successful experience. In addition, more than ten enterprises signed contracts and cooperated with Megaunity Environmental to work together for China’s environmental protection.

Yao Weiguo, President of Megaunity Environmental, delivered an opening speech, stressed that Megaunity Environmental has always adhered to quality and reputation for 26 years by taking development history of the company as a starting point, and gave a comprehensive and detailed explanation of the brand and corporate culture of Megaunity Environmental. Professor Ye Daiqi, Dean of College of Environment and Energy of South China University of Technology, was invited to the conference. He analyzed the situation of VOCs emission from key sources in recent ten years, pointed out the importance, necessity and feasibility of VOCs total control in the “14th five-year plan”, and explained the VOCs control scheme of key industries in depth. Sharing of Professor Ye pointed out the development direction and ideas of VOCs governance in the next few years.

With the current organic waste gas treatment policies and regulations as the theme, Dr. Mao Zhiming, Director of VOCs Business Line, shared the VOCs treatment process, coating, and solutions for the pharmaceutical and chemical industry of Megaunity Environmental. At present, Megaunity Environmental has reached cooperation with many well-known enterprises, such as Yichang Hec, Zibo Haiyi Chemical, Sinotruk, etc., which has accumulated sufficient experience for dealers in future business development.

Fu Mingzhi, Deputy Technical Manager, analyzed the market capacity of air treatment in industrial workshops, and focused on in-depth exchange and discussion on market status of oil mist smoke in various application industries, which has important guiding significance for dealers to understand the current oil mist and dust control market in a deeper level. In the meanwhile, Mr. Fu shared the oil mist smoke collection technology as well, and focused on the distributed environmental control system in large space of Megaunity Environmental. Compared with the temperature control technology of overall ventilation and dust removal technology of blowing suction type, the distributed environmental control system can not only meet the demands of customers, but also reduce the operating costs greatly under the same technical conditions of ventilation and dust control, so as to realize the customer expectations of low investment, low energy consumption and high efficiency.

Dr. Li Jian, Technical Director, explained the oil mist smoke purification product plan developed by Megaunity Environmental for specific industries from the perspective of machining, die casting, hot forging and laser cutting industry, which has been effectively applied in dozens of well-known enterprises at home and abroad, such as Geely Automobile, Dalian Yaming and Jiangsu Sunway. Among which, the results of Dalian Yaming die casting flue gas purification project have been recognized as the overall domestic leading level in July 2020, and the electrostatic core technology has reached the international advanced level.

Starting from the global epidemic situation, Liu Bingqing, Product Manager of Megaunity Environmental, emphasized the importance of clean ventilation in preventing the spread of virus, and introduced the air disinfection process, products and application of air conditioning system in Megaunity Environmental. Megaunity Environmental has obtained “Hygiene License of Disinfection Product Production Enterprise”, and this set of air disinfection equipment has also passed the inspection and identification of professional departments, which has laid a foundation for the follow-up business development.

Yao Hongrui, Head of International Business, also introduced the outstanding technical strength and products of TRM filter in the field of pharmaceutical dust removal and explosion-proof. Megaunity Environmental and TRM formally reached a strategic cooperation agreement in July 2020. In November, the two sides participated in Pharmaceutical Machinery Exposition in Chongqing jointly to show their style in the pharmaceutical industry. In the future, Megaunity Environmental will continue to make efforts in introducing international advanced technology and opening up international market to build an international brand.
