Megaunity received another letter of thanks!

On January 9, 2021, amid the biting cold wave, a warm scene staged in Akzo Nobel Jiashan plant: Hou Ping, director of Akzo HSE, issued a letter of thanks to Dalian Megaunity Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., a solution provider of VOCs processing system in Jiashan plant.

In April 2020, the VOC management system of Akzo Nobel Jiaxing Plant officially launched the project bidding process. Through an open bidding, Dalian Megaunity finally won the bid for waste gas treatment project to undertake the design and construction of the VOCs treatment system. Through the identification of pain points and on-site investigations, combined with the actual working conditions of Jiashan plant and fully communicated with the technical department of Akzo Nobel, Dalian Megaunity finally decided to adopt the zeolite runner concentration + RTO process to ensure reliable and stable compliance while effectively reducing the operating costs of the plant. Until now, The project has passed the acceptance of the environmental protection department and has been put into use. At present, the system is operating stably. The design purification efficiency of the entire system is greater than 90%, and the total non-methane hydrocarbon is less than 30mg/m³, which is far below the industry standard of 50 mg/m³.

In the process of design, investigation, construction, use and maintenance of the project, the relevant technical personnel and construction team overcame various unfavorable factors such as the outbreak of the epidemic and the prolonged rainy season, and completed the project implementation work on time and exceeded standard, which made Akzo Nobel truly feel the technical strength, ingenuity and cooperative attitude of Megaunity. Through collective discussion, the company unanimously decided to issue awards to the technicians and construction team of Megaunity, setting a model of cooperation for more companies. At the ceremony, Mr. Huang Shaojun, vice marketing president of Megaunity, also expressed his sincere thanks to Akzo Nobel.
