Medium effect filter box

Structure Characteristics

1. The inner and outer shell of the medium-effect filter box are made of 304 stainless steel, with internal welding and external riveting. The middle of the inner and outer layers is 50mm thick and 100g rock wool insulation to ensure that the internal temperature of the box is isolated from the outside;

2. The bottom is equipped with a drain port, with DN20 stainless steel ball valve. Drainpipes will be configured separately according to site conditions.

3. Differential pressure detection port is set on the side, with 6mm stainless steel gas pipe quick connector;

4. The side is close to the air inlet with an access door, which can be used for internal maintenance and replacement of middle and primary accessories. Along the direction of air flow, the maintenance door is left on the left side of the repair door, and the maintenance door is right on the right side of the repair door;

5. When installing the filter, use the bottom bracket to carry or lift the filter. Do not lift the filter from the air outlet.

Operating principle：

Preliminary treated exhaust gas is blocked by the interior structure of the intermediate-effect filter through the frame made up of the intermediate-effect filter. Through inertia and diffusion, air and dust collide with each other during irregular movement and are then stuck by fibers. This principle can effectively reduce dust and achieve good filtering effect.

3. Number of differential pressure measurements: 2, interface φ 6mm;

4. Number of drains: 1, interface DN20;

5. Outline size: 3475mm × 1252mm × 3052mm (W × D × H);

6. Temperature resistance inside the equipment: 150℃;

7. External environment of equipment: temperature < 50%, humidity < 90%.
