Air volume control valve of fusiform vane
The air valve of fusiform vane is a patented product independently developed by MEGAUNITY. The vane of the air valve is fusiform, the valve body is riveted to the corner fitting without rivet, and has the structure of self-lubricating shaft sleeve of powder metallurgy and valve body hole flanging. It has been applied in the ventilation system of many automobile painting factories. Both the ordinary and closed air valves are better than those required by the state and industry.

The fusiform vane of the air valve prevents the vane from being damaged when the air volume is too large for a long time, and thus enhances the strength of the air valve. The fusiform vane running from opposite direction optimizes airflow direction, reduces resistance and noise, improves the control accuracy of the valve, and ensures the reliability of the micro-positive pressure adjustment of the ventilation system. The valve body is riveted to the corner fitting without rivet, avoiding welding damage to the corrosion resistance of the valve plate. The air valve is manufactured in batch from mold and assembled precisely, ensuring the standardization of the parts. The adoption of such structure as self-lubricating shaft sleeve of powder metallurgy and valve body hole flanging prolongs the service life of the air valve. The transmission parts of the air valve are all outside the valve body and easy to be assembled and maintained, and thus reducing the maintenance cost.
Air volume control valve of pneumatic straight vane

Product features:
Circular air volume regulating valve can be made of carbon steel or SUS304 stainless steel, and the valve shaft is sealed with refractory sealing rope, without external leakage. The valve vane of large calibre is added with reinforcement to ensure vane deflection. In special occasions, the valve can be sealed with rubber to guarantee the low incidence of internal leakage in the valve.
Ultra-high temperature round valve
Made of ultra-high temperature resistant material, the ultra-high temperature round valve can withstand temperature up to 1,200℃. Product features:
The valve shaft is a through shaft, and the vane and valve shaft are fastened with S30815 (253MA) bolts. The stop collar and valve body are fully welded. Valve vane and body greater than or equal to DN355 are provided with reinforcement. And there is sealing device in the valve shaft out of thermal insulation layer to prevent high temperature gas from leaking along the valve shaft. Meanwhile, to protect actuators (electric or pneumatic) from the damage of heat conduction, heat insulation transmission mechanism is set for ultra-high temperature air valve.
Internal insulation air valve

The internally insulated air valve uses ceramic fiber insulation or ceramic fiber castable inside to ensure the valve meets thermal insulation requirements. The valve plate and shaft are made of high quality high temperature resistant alloy steel to ensure the valve withstands high temperature. Heat insulation transmission mechanism is set at both ends of the main shaft to protect the actuator and shaft end retaining units from damage. High temperature resistant ceramic sealing rope is used between the valve shaft and the valve body to avoid external leakage. The valve body is made of carbon steel with high temperature silver paint to avoid corrosion.
Heavy air valve

Product features:
The special structural design of the vane greatly improves the overall strength. The vane and the valve shaft are connected and fixed by welding, but the two pairs of clamped vanes and vane reinforcing ribs are fixed by bolts to reduce the deformation of vane installation and significantly improve the airtightness of the valve. The valve shaft and frame are sealed by framework oil seal to ensure that the valve can still have good airtightness under high temperature and high humidity. The valve shaft is installed with bearings to strengthen its support strength, reduce sliding friction and output torque of the actuator, and prolong the life of the valve.
Closed round valve

Made of carbon steel, SUS304 or other high quality alloy steel, the valve has good corrosion resistance. With the use of oil-free bushing, it has self-lubricating function and is free from later maintenance. The double eccentric structure is adopted to avoid rotation clearance between the valve shaft and the sealing ring, so as to ensure that the valve plate and the sealing ring can be completely fitted to ensure the airtightness of the valve. At the same time, double eccentric structure is adopted to remove the rotary interference between the valve plate and the sealing ring, so that the valve plate can act unimpededly. The valve seal can be metal seal or rubber seal to meet different requirements.
