Regenerative catalytic oxidizer (RCO)

Based on RTO, the Megaunity’s RCO is designed to optimize the structure and add catalyst. The catalyst is added to reduce the activation energy of the VOCs oxidation reaction, so that the VOCs can be oxidized and decomposed into CO₂ and H₂O at 250-350℃. The equipment not only has the characteristics of high heat recovery rate and high treatment efficiency, but also has been modular design, which can meet the needs of different working conditions. The RCO process system is integrated on the movable skid structure with the box structure of reasonable layout, which not only meets the environmental protection standard, but also easy to move and install. Modular design covers a small area, box type mobile structure, the use of low temperature combustion process, convenient transportation, instant use, low operating costs (300PPM self-heating), high safety, can deal with low concentration of VOCs substances, also can be combined with other waste gas treatment process.
